Guest House Rental Availability & Reservations

The Guest House is available from the 2nd Saturday in May through Columbus Day. Rates are $750/week ($150/night, if available), plus tax. No pets or smoking, please.

We are a mom-and-pop organization, offering the personal touch.
Please call or email us using the information listed below for more information about what we and our area have to offer, and to check availability and make a reservation. We do not accept credit cards, cash/check is fine. In order to confirm your reservation, we ask for a 50% deposit, plus the 9% Maine lodging tax.

Cancellation Policy
75% refund if canceled at least 1 month before arrival date. 35% refund if canceled at least 14 days before arrival date. You must contact the owner directly to request cancellation.
